Sometimes it might be difficult to make a beautiful mirror finish on the tapered hole. Especially if it is on the Tungsten Carbide, some people are still struggling.

Generally those seats are  used for base components for metal and non-metal processing molds and reference bases for measuring instruments.
In our case, most customers use those WC seats for diamond anvil cells.
As you can see in the left photo, you know the difference between before and after.
*The taper size of the seat is φ6mm x φ1.5mm x 5mm(t) x 55°(angle)
