As you might know, a chip breaker is a groove or projection on the rake face of a cutting tip (insert) that is used to bend or break up metal or resin chips generated during machining.

This chip breaker has 3 big advantages below.
1. Chip fragmentation: Long, elongated chips are broken down into smaller pieces to prevent them from getting tangled in or damaging the workpiece.
2. Trouble prevention: Avoiding machining defects caused by chip clogging.
3. Workplace safely: Reduces the risk of machine operators being injured by flying debris.

Generally, this kind of tool’s cutting part is made of diamond.
We don’t make this cutting tool itself, however we will do post-processing on this diamond part.
